Dawn Stationery does not allow returns of goods that were correctly filled and shipped against a placed order. If your order arrives damaged or you have any other questions about returning your order, please contact our hotline/email for assistance. 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of your purchases and wish to return them, please contact Customer Support for instructions at 09617617618. Please be prepared to provide your order number, the reason for the return.
